**York Center and Stevenson Families Glow at Neon Dance Party**
On January 16th, families from York Center and Stevenson gathered for a night of fun and neon excitement. The event, organized by the York/Stevenson PTA, brought together students, teachers, and parents for a memorable evening filled with dancing, creativity, and community spirit.
Students arrived dressed in vibrant neon outfits, ready to glow and groove to the beats provided by the event’s DJ. In addition to dancing, attendees had the opportunity to create glow art, adding to the colorful atmosphere. The art created by Mrs. Meyer and her students was displayed proudly in the gym, adding a creative touch to the festivities. Music and activities were graciously provided by PE teacher Mrs. Crowe and former student teacher Mr. Abbinante.
The event, which also featured a concession stand and exciting raffles, was made possible by the hard work and dedication of the PTA team, including PTA President Ellen Mardula (parent), kindergarten teachers Ms. Loconte and Ms. Manzano, middle school science teacher Krista DePasquale (treasurer), and parent volunteer Olga Galvez. Their efforts helped create an enjoyable night for everyone involved.
Families left with big smiles and lasting memories, grateful for the opportunity to come together and celebrate in such a fun and unique way.
