As Friday began and as teachers and students settled into the routines, principal Dr. Laura DuBois meets with two students representing each class. These students are the school’s ambassadors and hold a very important role. The ambassadors met with Dr. DuBois to answer an important question: “How do you want to feel at school?”
Students shared each of their respective classmates’ se and came up with what is called our School Charter. Our school charter will represent the way students want to feel in school and which behaviors are attached to each feeling to maintain us feeling that way. Our ambassadors decided on: CALM, PROUD and SAFE. Students will have a school assembly to share and celebrate our student created charter. Great job Lions!
